Latest inventions and innovations at the International Exhibition “Traian Vuia” Timişoara
From the 25th till the 27th of May 2016, the second edition of the International Exhibition of Inventions and Innovations “Traian Vuia” will be held at Casa Tineretului (Youth House) in Timisoara, Aries Street, no. 19, organized by the Society of Inventors from Banat.
The registrations can be made until May 11th 2016. The inventions will be presented as a commercial product, functional prototype, models and others, and the most valuable will be awarded with gold, silver, bronze medals and special prizes.
The Exhibition will be open in the 25-27 May period, between 9 AM and 6 PM, free entry. The event offers the opportunity to see inventions from the following fields: electronics, mechanics, computer science, plumbing, constructions, medicine, security – rescue, agriculture, environment protection, etc. During the three days, members of the jury will be able to analyze the inventions presented, the judging will be made according to the following criteria: novelty, applications, benefits, price, social – economical – environmental impact.
The Society of Inventors from Banat (SIB) wishes to promote innovation and invention projects useful for reviving the Romanian economy and to create new jobs. Amongst the objectives of the subsidiary is finding and promoting talented youth with innovative and inventive ideas, establishing creation centers in which young people can develop their ability to create innovative projects and inventions, attracting European funds, creating and developing functional connections between the inventors and the investors from the country and abroad. Also, SIB members want to bring international awareness to some Romanian brands and inventions and they wish to create a system inventor-mass media-investor to promote inventions and present results.
The ROSENC Cluster has participated in the exhibition’s first edition with the drip irrigation kit, energy independent, Aquasolar – for which they received a gold medal.
